This service helps parents and students navigate and access public school services, including FACE (Family and Community Engagement) and other district programs, by providing guidance and support to help families understand the school system, address questions, and connect with the appropriate resources based on their needs.

The goal is to guide and support families so they can navigate the school system clearly, resolve doubts, and connect with the appropriate resources according to their needs.
